These earrings are hand forged in our studios from sterling silver (.925). Hammer texture is applied to each earring in a random pattern. The texture allows the light bounce off the surface imitating the look of light reflecting from a crystal. Each petal is hand cut, shaped and bezel set with a Mother of Pearl cabochon. A patina has been added to the petals to add depth and interest. The ear wires are crafted from Argentium silver (.935).
Argentium silver offers anti tarnish properties. Many wearers of argentium report no allergic reaction. Argentium silver contains 9.35% silver and metalloid germanium.
