The a hand hammer texture has been added. The earrings make a statement without weighing down your earlobes. The ear wires are hand fabricated in argentium silver.
Durango Silver posted on their website on 9-29-16, that Nacozari Turquoise Mine located in Sonora, Mexico south of Bisbee Arizona has been closed for good. The site also states this turquoise is very hard to locate and highly collectible. CTD purchased these pieces through a jewelry school in Austin, TX. No provenance was supplied at the time of purchase. The turquoise was purchased prior to the mine closing. These cabochons are most likely stabilized.
